Damaged or faulty goods
We hope that your goods arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that goods
arrive damaged or faulty, we will replace or refund them in full (including the original
postage charge). Please follow the simple steps below:
Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days for instructions on how
to return the goods to us. Please let us know if you would prefer an exchange or refund.
Repack the item in the original packaging.
The faulty item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Under the distance selling regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order
within 7 working days of receiving the goods. However, goods must be returned
to us in the condition they were dispatched, in order to receive a refund or exchange.
Other than faulty items, returns postage and packing costs are non-refundable
and at your expense.
We strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate
of posting when you return your parcel.
This will enable us to action your refund should your parcel be lost or
delayed in the post.
If you would like to exchange your order for item(s) of higher value, we will
contact you for payment details.
If you are exchanging for goods of lower value we will refund the difference.
When your exchange or refund has been processed, we will contact you
to confirm. Please allow up to 21 days.
